Our server seemed unhappy to be there & was a little short with us upon arrival & we had to re-explain that we'd called to the reservation. I can forgive this because the service industry is challenging right now. Unfortunately, she seemed to be the only person working several tables & it took almost an hour to get our food.
The bread was tasty & plentiful, but cold & we were not given enough menus when we sat down.
I ordered the gorgonzola chicken penne. When it finally arrived, the plate was also cold, so my food cooled very quickly. It was also very bland. It was like someone forgot to add gorgonzola to the cream sauce.
My tiramisu was tasty, but very heavy on the marscapone or was it cream cheese? It was hard to tell.
We were celebrating & sad to end on such a disappointing note. I have no interest in visiting again.
Amazing Italian restaurant! I've come here for dinner a few times & enjoyed my experience every time. I appreciate the fact that they have vegan options. I was able to create my own pasta dish a few times with vegan cheese sprinkled on top. The gluten-free pasta is vegan. I recently tried their vegetable Laksa bowl, which can be made vegan. Our first time dining at Zolas. We had blunch (I think you call it). The dining experience was a real treat, that marked a much higher standard than a typical road house. We're coming back.

What a fabulous evening celebrating Kim's 60th. The food & wine pairing was excellent. The DJ & opportunity to dance was a nice change. Loved it all.

Saturday morning was busy. Restaurant feels too crowded. Food is delicious but waited over 30 mins for our order.
My meal was not very warm & not as tasty as I was used to in the past. Also did not appreciate the margarine. Butter was not available. The coffee was nicely strong.
We were extremely disappointed with the quality of our meals. My veal Parm was burnt & there are numerous other comments I could make, but suffice it to say we will not be back. Do yourselves a favour & replace your kitchen staff with experienced people.
The servers we at least courteous but we're not outstanding.

Fries were cool & overcooked. Salad dressing was beyond boring. Veggies in salad included too many large chunks of green peppe
I liked our evening. The food was very good. Atmosphere was good. I enjoyed the live music. Jazz piano & singer. It was full which tells you the restaurant has pedigre. It was a bit on the expensive side but that's to be expected post covidVoir plus

It was all about excellent though I was surprised how small the mousse cake slice was for the price. I'll be back but will avoid the dessert.
After being less than enthused after some 30 years, my guest & I needed a place serving all day long. We arrived mid-afternoon. We shared a Caesar salad (served on two smaller plates👍). My guest chose the crusted salmon with tiger shrimp (very pleased with it, except that for serving- it could have been slipped off the skin). I was very pleased with my mushroom prosciutto linguine. The dessert trio plate was a big hit, in that we could each experience a dessert right-sized. In that the tables are close together, I would say it diminished the atmosphere somewhat.
