After that it took another 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive, so almost an hour in...which is weird because it was not busy at all & we were some of the only customers there. We had been planning to order a couple of dishes to share, but because the service was so slow we only ended up ordering one app as we were worried how long it would take to get our food as we had an event to attend later that evening. We also would have ordered more drinks had the service been quicker, so they missed out on more money they could have gotten had the servers been more attentive. The bread we received with the burrata was cold & stale. Overpriced mediocre food. 2 stars is only for the cozy ambience & the host who kindly seated us & offered to hang our coats.Voir plus

I was very sincerely appreciative of the service yesterday. It was so thoughtful to place us in the backroom & gave our group a very food opportunity to connect in a quiet setting. The ambiance was wonderful, the servers were attentive, the food & drinks were awesome, & we were all so pleased. We've already recommended this space to others & will be sure to come back another time. Thank you so much!

Our waitress was great & we enjoyed your restaurant & bar's great food & ambiance. The only problem is that she wasn't able to respond to questions regarding very standard apperitif drinks: Gin & Soda & Scotch Rocks. Your restaurant has a lovely selection of excellent gins & scotches but she wasn't able to assist us as much as she could have. Yes she did check with the barman but she couldn't shed light on what the different gins & scotchs traits were. As both these drinks' popularity are on the rise, please make sure your lovely restaurant can benefit from this trend!!!

Should have cancelled my reservation on account of the wedding going on upstairs. Fixed menu with limited choice was not communicated beforehand. Being welcomed with "we're closed" after having someone call & confirm the reservation was a very bad way to start things off. We weren't offered a drink or wine until dessert (the server actually said "do you want a wine with your dessert"). We will never go back & can't recommend.
Nice atmosphere, good pastries & drinks. Unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed by the slow service & food. The smoothies bowl did not have any smoothie (?) but was just three scoops of sorbet (not necessarily what you'd have for breakfast) while the lox croissant did not come with the caperberries as it should have according to the menu, which made it lack a bit in flavours & texture. The vegan breakfast bowl was basically just a salad. Portions were definitely on the smaller side for the price paid. One of us asked for more coffee, which we never received. The outdoor terrace was lovely, & our server was very kind. Hopefully, they improve on the food because the place is beautiful. Hope they accept our criticism! Might come back for pastries.Voir plus
A slice of heaven. Located inside of a gorgeous church, the ambiance is perfect. With friendly staff (cute too), who are polite, funny & helpful they serve lovely coffee, pastries to die for & tasty breakfast items in the morning. A nice selection of local artisan items (sauces, meat pies, stocks, hot sauces, oils, etc.) Makes it a nice location for gifts as well. Fully licensed, so they offer a selection of wines, beers & spirits & a gorgeous, well shaded patio in the summer to enjoy an afternoon drink with friends. Lovely selection on their lunch & dinner menu that is very tasty. Come for the ambiance, stay for the food.Voir plus

I've been to Working Title several times now, & it's always a fantastic experience. The staff are genuinely warm & friendly. Inside it's cozy & intimate despite the fresh, wide open concept, & the patio is gorgeous under the shade of old trees, & even older architecture. Great café & drink selection, super sharables, & nice, light lunch mains. Their #brunchculture is top notch, & you HAVE to try the bread.

Beautiful patio, plenty of shade, & sleek decor. Our server Zack was friendly, on point & went above & beyond to accommodate our requests & food allergy/intolerances issues in spite of being extremely busy waiting tables. The bartender was courteous & personally stopped by our table to ask if we were enjoying our drinks. The chef, however, seemed to be disagreeable when it came to advising us & making substitutions for our choices from the menu given our food allergies/intolerances. When I personally spoke with the chef after my meal, his attitude left me feeling that my requirements were burdensome, that he didn't listen to what we had told the waiter & exaggeratedly eliminated the majority of menu items from our options.
In the end: ambiance was great, service was awesome, food was tasty, beautifully presented but small proportioned (ex. maybe 4oz of chicken in a dinner main menu dish) & unfortunately left having a disappointing experience with the chef.

Lovely to have a relaxed civilized terrace to have an outdoor drink & meal on a beautiful aummer evening. Food & drink choice is small but well-curated: there is always seafood & veggie entree available. I usually don't go for any bread beforehand but make an exception in this case - you will not regret it - it's fabulous.

The atmosphere was lovely. The food was good. Some of it was excellent. The service was disappointing. The server was not able to answer basic questions about the food & drink on the menu.

Very attentive & welcoming staff. It was a sunny day on the terrace & we were offered & promptly provided umbrellas. Food & drinks were great! It was a quiet atmosphere to enjoy great conversation. Definitely will return as well as check out the bakery.

The venue is beautiful. Unfortunately the service was so poor that it distracted from the whole experience. I'll get to the point, take 2 on providing a comment. Drinks were slow, they sat on the terrace bar for 10 minutes in plain sight. This was a belated mother's day lunch, her vegetarian paneer dish qas nice, but it was intended for the table beside us - & they would not accept it once it was placed at our table. So we were basically stuck with it & the ensuing almost 20 minute wait for my lunch. My dish, the gochujang chicken, to my surprise was chicken wings. As a $31 dollar lunch I think as the customer, I was duped...my expectation was either chicken breast or thigh. Not even a hint of that dish being elevated chicken wings. On all counts the experience was disappointing.

Two recent visits: Sunday brunch inside, weekday dinner on terrace. Sunday brunch: service good (friendly, prompt & helpful even though was quite busy), food very enjoyable & fairly priced (avocado toast, eggs with bacon). Weekday terrace dinner: service slow, took too long after were seated for anyone to come & take even a drinks order. Was not full & seemed to be adequate staff numbers. Table next to us also had problems, guest had to get up twice & ask staff for service while we were there. Food was fair (salad nicoise, tuna seemed a little dried up as if out for too long & only very slightly seared) to good (fancy burger). Drinks prices are steep, understand this is where the restaurant makes their margin but they are pushing it.
Terrace is a great place on a warm evening but the service needs to improve in consistency to justify the prices & match the good ambience.

I had made reservations for Sunday Brunch to celebrate my anniversary with my partner, & we weren't impressed by Working Title. I don't know if they were having an off day, but the customer service experience was not good. Another party of 2, who arrived after us, & did not have a reservation were seated before us, which was a bit annoying. There was some miscommunication about drinks (I had already received my drink, but then another one came half-way through our waiting), but I think this is because we were seen by two different servers. The food was good, but it was a bit too cold when it arrived (due to the layout of the space, we had watched it sit on the counter for several minutes before being delivered to our table). I'd be willing to give Working Title another try, but am hoping that what we experienced was just an off day for the staff.
