We went to have lunch at this location Sept. 30/23. The service was very quick & the staff is bilingual which is great for tourists. I ordered the Chicken wrap that included fries, coleslaw, soup, & of course their BBQ sauce. The soup was creamed chicken with some chunks of chicken meat in it & thankfully not too salty like many restaurants do. The wrap was very filling with a large piece of white meat, but a little bit dry. The fries were plentiful & similar to what you get at places like MacDonald's & they were super hot & nice & crispy.

It was quite an underwhelming experience. Ordered half chicken rotisserie, didn’t realize I was getting dry & stale end of day chicken for $25. Waitress didn’t even suggest alternatives, or offer to compensate with a discount. Got french fries instead of the mash potatoes I had originally ordered. I felt as though there wasn’t enough care put into the service & the food. Do better! 3 stars.View more

Le jeune serveur (14 ans) qui nous a servi a fait un travail formidable. Par contre, le serveur plus âgé qui était responsable de s'occuper de nous n'a jamais porté attention aux besoins des clients: plusieurs avaient besoin d'eau, de breuvages, etc., ce qui n'a jamais vérifié. Manque de staff je ne sais pas, mais ça a mené à des baisses de vente claires.
Aussi, le bruit est atroce. BEAUCOUP trop de bruit dans la zone des réservations près des fenêtres donnant sur le stationnemnent. Il faut des paravavents. Nous étions 7 pour notre réservation & on avait du mal à s'entendre à cause des tables autour. L'expérience a été assez pénible que je ne suis pas sûr de réserver de nouveaux à Hull à cause du bruit.
