My friends & I love coming to this location. The staff are always friendly, helpful, & accommodating. Food always fresh & delicious. The desserts look SO GOOD, but I haven't tried them yet because I'm calorie counting. Facilities are clean & well kept. Love the extra seating upstairs!! Keep up the great work!Voir plus

Update. Place is honestly inconsistent. Salads can be good depending on who makes them or a complete waste of money. I have had salads that had barely any ingredients but rice & salad. However, when it is made right, their salads are tasty. Soup was embarrassingly bad though - I ordered on uber eats & it was basically WATER with red curry paste, that was their chowder? Are you kidding me? I wouldn't serve this to a dog. Other than that, I do like their options; just wishing for more consistency.Voir plus
Tasty "fast food" option that's healthy but on the expensive side. The amount of dressing is inconsistent compared to previous orders of the same item without customizations. Top 3 recommendations would be the maple farm bowl, Barranquilla burrito bowl & the Smoking Gun.Voir plus
5 star rating because of how my complaint, (which she could have easily dismissed as a question of personal taste...)was handled by the higher up... she listened & by her response I could tell she cared about my business. Today was my first visit to Mad Radish, I really enjoyed the smoking gun bowl. I had great costumer service provided by Olivia, she helped me decide on what to try for my first meal here. The store had a great vibe to it, I will be back soon!Voir plus
I'm reviewing this restaurant for my wife since she won't post reviews online or return to ask for a refund anywhere. She bought a salad here a little while ago that was full of sandy grit. I guess the lettuce hadn't been washed properly. She threw most of it out & hasn't returned since.Voir plus
Bought a Mad Caesar with chicken. The lemon chicken was seasoned to perfection. The overall flavour & the toppings made it a fun meal. Special shout-out to the capers! But it would've been better with more dressing! Was I supposed to receive a container with the dressing (as per the photos here) instead of a drizzle?
