The food was delicious pub fare. The beer choice varied with local & international brews. The service was very fast & consistent. The place is very popular & can be very loud. Two bar's choice flights are available for the beer explorer.Voir plus
I live in the Greater Toronto region. My wife & I came to the Ottawa region for her birthday. Our friend suggested craft before the Christmas market. I have had very good meals, a good meals in my life. Craft, however, has set a new level of expectations. Craft, by far, is the best service I've had in over 40 years of dining in restaurants. Our servers made incredible suggestions on beers, food, & overall experiences within Ottawa region. I want to that k the unbelievable staff & management staff that this location. Massive, & I mean massive, shoutout to Racheal & Ethan for making this experience one of the best experiences I've had in the city of Ottawa, not to mention, in my life. We had a good time at this restaurant tonight for a birthday. Hosts were professional & patient, in particular the manager, bartending & food service was excellent, dedicated, cordial & efficient, meals were very good, choice of beer amazing, ambience great. We'll be back!Voir plus

No hot sauce or maple syrup with my Chicken & Waffles. Waffles were cold, chicken greasy an not crispy. Told my server I was missing hot sauce & got a laugh & two thumbs down but no hot sauce. Beer was great, food not so much.Voir plus

Update: Went back again & food has gone downhill & prices have gone up. Taco & Burgers meals did not fill us up. The salmon dish barely had salmon.
The place has a good service, vibe & beer selection but I would not recommend it for food.
Original: Great beer selection but food is just okay, it used to be better but it's not bad, had the smash burger & it was a little expensive for what it was. Others at the table ordered different meal, nobody was wow'ed but nobody complained.
