First ordered chicken fingers. They were so greasy they tasted like green with 3 inches of batter & tiny chicken. I couldn't eat it. Ordered a salade & a bug was in it.
We love this location but it wasnt good at all when we went.

Everyone got the same tasteless vegetable. They were probably a ready frozen mix that was batch cooked. Everyone got the same sugary sauce. The chicken breast was dry

My Ribs was over cook & the chicken tenders was over cook aswell & my cheese bread had barely some cheese very disapointed because it's one of my favorite chain of restaurants Kanata locations is à big no for me as now on

This was my second time visiting Baton Rouge & this time We were 7 of us. We ordered our food at around 6:20pm & our orders came at 7:15 after we asked one of the waitress. One of our friend second ordered didn't came at all because they forgot it totally. Another friend ordered salad & there were chicken in it. Chicken was totally cold.
This time we mostly not satisfied at Baton Rouge

Have been many times to this restaurant. First time when the ribs were super crispy. ( burnt pieces). Santa Fe chicken was very tough. Had to have a steak knife to be cut. Mushroom cap,with lobster was excellent. Service was good was attentive even though she seemed to have a big section. Restaurant was pretty quiet so we were not rushed

Too much fry on my fried chicken burger. Also the creamy tomato sauce pasta in the kids menu were not creamy at all. It tasted like a can of tomato sauce. My daughter did not eat her meal.

Our servers name was Shea & he was great! Food was ok - we had chicken santa fe (which we get everytime we go) chicken was chewy/spongie - we did not complain as I am well aware that things cant be perfect everytime. Everything else was super!!

Two & a half hour dinner for a table of seven. Birthday for our son & seemed forgotten.
Ordered hot chicken on my salad & got cut up cold chicken. Son was brought the cake he ordered & when I said for the third time it was his birthday we heard "oh right" & they came back with another chocolate cake with sparkler. Annoying. Food was good otherwise. Waiter was very good taking our order & attentive to our vegan son. Appreciate him double checking ingredients.

We say for about a half hour before the last person in our part my arrived. We were greeted multiple times by various servers who were eager to help us in our drink choices. What we weren't happy with was when we actually went to order & wanted the prime rib sandwich. That is when we were told that they were in fact out of that item that night. Someone should have let us know when we sat down not when we were ready to order. The fried chicken sandwich was more batter than chicken unfortunately. But we have been before & really liked it & overall the service was great. We will be back.

Normally I would give 5 stars for everything, but last night we ordered 2 rib steaks & they were both overcooked to our request & tough. The most expensive item on the menu should not be that way. We will still return for ribs & chicken tenders, but I probably won't order a steak again.
This was my first time here. We were there at 5:00 it was very quiet, clean, & had nice decor. I ordered the seafood linguine, my friends ordered the lotus bowl & chicken fingers. Both loved their food but mine had zero flavor & was cold. I ordered the garlic toast with it & it was dripping wet from the butter which was not enjoyable especially since it was 4$ for a slice of white bread. The pops we ordered were all flat & had them changed 3 times. Service was very slow & by the end we had seen 3-4 different waiters.Voir plus

They wait staff was awesome & took great care of us. I don't know if it the same at all Bâton Rouge location but I was disapointed in the ribs. I never had a problem at other locations before. The chicken tenders were gross & soggy.
Before the batter was fluffy & crispy & better quality. My was full of oil inside. We usually go to the one Downtown Ottawa or the one in Gatineau & never had an issue.

I ordered the Sante Fe chicken. While it is very good, the veggies on top were cool when I received them. I also replaced the rice pilaf with sweet potato fries. While they were tasty, they were served underneath the chicken, which made them quite mushy.
I didn't bother complaining. I had done so the last time I was there, with the same dish. Seems more like a quality control issue.

We ordered the chicken & rib combo but found it had too much barbecue sauce on it. It is overpowering.

My chicken tenders were not near as good as the last time I went. They almost had no chicken in them & were dry. The fries weren't very hot. The spinach dip was delicious. Don't know if we will go back.

Only thing I noticed is that the size of chicken tenders is getting smaller over the years. The meal is still fantastic & the service is great.

Overall the setting & food was good. Our cocktails were excellent. Staff were polite. A couple comments. This was my parents first time to a Baton Rouge. It was for my mom's 76th. My dad wanted to have ribs so I suggested your restaurant. They travelled about 1 hour plus from out of town. In wanted the dinner to be special. In my reservation I requested two glasses of wine be brought to the table after we all arrived but this did not happen. They did note the birthday with a comp dessert which was appreciated. For the entries the presentation of the coleslaw was more like a chicken & ribs restaurant. They serving was too full & I would have sooner had less & would have been told if we would like more to ask.

We had Bruce as a Server & the guy should be praised, easy to talk to & very well spoken. He helped explain menu & specials, tried to upsell a promo but unfortunately we didnt drink beer ir we would have taken a chance for that prize. He only came by a few times as night went on & food came which I personally appreciate. He was always looking in our direction to make sure we were taken care of.
The steak was very good & as always, chicken/ribs were great!
Thanks & look forward to coming back again.

Service was lacking. Our table of 6 was "forgotten" when wanting to order dessert & coffee ( wait staff admitted as much). We were not offered the service of ordering additional drinks at any point. Restaurant was not busy so unimpressed with service. Ribs were just ordinary. Used to be bigger, tastier portions. Chicken santa Fe was dry & over cooked.

Guests were my wife, my son who was visiting & myself on September 3 at 5:15 at the Kanata location.We have dined at this location several times in the past & were always satisified. This time not so much.
My son & I ordered the caesar salad (usually one of my favourites). Both salads had very little salad dressing. My wife had calamari which was fine.
My son & I ordered full rack of ribs. My wife ordered the chicken tender salad with Italian dressing.
All of our main dishes arrived well before we were halfway through our appetizers. The rib dishes were fine although my garlic mashed potatoes were not hot. My wife's chicken tender salad arrived with no salad dressing. When the server brought the salad dressing, it was not the Italian dressing she ordered.
The impression we were left with was that the sole objective of the restaurant was to get us in,
feed us & get us out as quickly as possible.

The food was excellent & the service very responsive & attentive. I had the black cod & it was cooked to perfection! So many restaurants overcook fish. My spouse had the ribs & chicken of which I had to have a taste of the ribs - the smoke flavour was very nice. The BBQ sauce was not one of those generic ones but seemed to be a specialty of the place. Definitely going back.

Izzy our server was excellent! When we asked for "to go" containers she brought little containers for the sauces etc. that was above & behind! Chicken tenders were a little greasy this time.
