Everyone was great, called to change my reservation & was quickly accommodated. Only one problem my food came cold. My husband's was warm enough to eat. I don't make it a habit to send food back so I said nothing. Sorry but I have been there many times & this is a first. We spend 100.00$ My husband & I. I expect better Sorry bâton Rouge you dropped the ball this time.

Hello - Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback. We mostly enjoyed our evening out for dinner - your ambience & service was pleasant as we have experienced in previous visits. Unfortunately our actual meal was not to expectations. The rib (tiny baby ribs no meat) & chicken portions were smaller & the chicken was too pink in the centre.. The fries were pale & soft & did not taste "fresh", My baked potato was cold & the toppings were sparse. In general, everything tasted too salty , under-cooked & underwhelming. This was my husbands favourite restaurant, but after last night we have decided to try somewhere different next time. We had a mediocre dinner that cost $160. I realize that the restaurant industry is struggling to do "more with less" & higher supply costs. However, with this in mind - you could have put a few really meaty ribs , well cooked chicken breast, crispier homemade fries on the plate for the same $$. Thanks again. Good luck moving forward.

Le Tartare de saumon manquait de goût & ne semblait pas frais. Serveuse sympathique mais "surchargée", donc service de moindre qualité. On a dû manger nos frites sans vinaire, ni mayo ni ketchup & on a eu notre vin 30 minutes après notre arrivée au resto.

The 4 stars are for the waiter & the food but the loss of 1 star is because despite the waiters best efforts to please me the Pepsi & sprite were flat & my wife's first Caesar she got was warm, other than that great service & food!

We weren't happy with our seats we were write in the bathroom traffic. We asked if we could be moved & they were very accommodating & moved us to another table more private. We were very appreciative. This is our second time there were came from Montreal for the weekend. Will go back again food was excellent 👌
