We have been dining here since it opened and have always loved it. However, the last time I dined in with my in laws and the general Taos chicken was way too salty and soya sauce-y. It didn't even taste like normal. When I told the owner her response was 'oh, maybe it was the end of the pot and the chefs didn't stir it enough'. I was so disappointed with this response - she didn't give me a further thought. It didn't even look like their normal general toas. Anyway, early this week I ordered food to go.... My chicken curry soup was great but I also got literally ONE PEICE of chicken and the rest was broth. The food in general has gone down hill in taste and quality as they have grown. It's sad but true. I miss the 'old' kungfu bistro
