Phenomenal, gem of a restaurant. My friend & I had dinner here & were thoroughly impressed with the food, drink & the classy, yet unpretentious atmosphere. Highly recommend the braised beef or the confit duck for a main, or the tartare for a starter. Service is also friendly & accommodating; we had an event after dinner & were on a time crunch towards which they were very understanding. Will be back!View more

Overpriced. While the mushroom risotto was LOADED with mushrooms - it was under-seasoned. The braised short-rib was boring. The menu is dowdy. & I think you could find a much better experience (surrounded by a much more pleasing esthetic) for the cost.View more

By far, one of the most underrated spots in Ottawa - highly recommend; excellent food & service!! If you are looking for a place that's got excellent quality food, great service, great wine / cocktails - this is it. 5/5 for sure. Very reasonable prices for high quality food.View more
My friends & I had a branch in Wellington Gastropub last weekend. The place was barely occupied with hangry people. The food was okay. Avo sandwiches not their forte for sure.
There is no alcohol detected in my mimosa. So I see a lot of space for improvement.

Overall nice brunch.
Went for brunch with my pals – we had avocado toast & burger, plus mimosa. For brunch it was barely anyone, so if you want to chat & not have many people around - that’s the place to go.
Mimosa was not up to my liking, I prefer more bubbles & freshly pressed orange juice.View more
Nice atmosphere & solid wine list. Only comment is that the braised short rib could’ve been better. Very salty & the confit potatoes will always do the jus a disservice - mashed being the better play. Nice evening & not overly pricey regardless.View more
