The service was ok but not great. When we first got there, we waited for quite sometime to get seated, no one approached us waiting until another person walked in just starting their shift & helped us. The wings were good, all the other food was terrible. Menu said fried chicken & waffles, not boxed chicken fingers & frozen waffles! I specially asked if the grilled cheese was real cheese not like kraft singles in those little packs. I was assured it was real cheese & really good... nope, it was processed cheese slices. Fries are not great, frozen bag fries. Extremely disappointed! It was all boxed, frozen crap... definitely won't be back.

We were greeted at the door & the staff were very friendly & courteous. Our server made sure we had our glasses full & checked if we were ok quite often 🙂. We would definitely come back here again if we visit Ottawa. Good place to watch the hockey game!

Nice little bar. Our waitress Luciana "Loo" was fantastic. She was very friendly & provided great menu recommendations. I've seen mixed reviews on the site, & I'm unsure why. my husband & I thought everything was great! The burgers are delicious here, you can tell they use quality meat. Will be back next time we're in Ottawa!

Food was good & well presented, but service was quite slow, especially since our group was pretty much the only occupied table in the restaurant while we were there. Also took awhile to serve everybody in the group of 9. Again, would have expected more timely service since the kitchen was unoccupied at the time, other than our table. Must have been short staffed in the kitchen on that day.
