Immeuble magnifique & de qualite; membres du personnel affables & courtois; gestion amicale & serviable ; veuillez noter qu ' au menu vegetarien, assiette intitulee POUTINE VEGETARIENNE , les legumes ne sont pas frais mais faits de soya , necessite plus de details au menu pour eviter les interpretations inadequates

Only giving 3 stars because making the reservation was not the best experience. I made the reservation last week online, when I called to confirm that the reservation was there I was told it would be cancelled due to the fact I needed 6 ppl in my party to keep it... & when I said "so what you are saying is I only have 4 in my family & will be driving an hour to eat at your establishment I have to risk not getting a table & get screwed?" Her responded was "yes" which I found completely unprofessional in every sort of ways. So I left it alone to get an email that my reservation was still there & was confirmed. Showed up yesterday & we indeed had our reservation for 4 ppk & was seating quickly. Service was amazing & food was great.

Courteous service. Food good although too much. Service too fast for a leisurely evening out. Food on the table within ten minutes of ordering. Great if you're in a hurry.

Got the Vol Au Vent - came out cold. Informed management. They put my food in the microwave & brought it to me. Clearly was my original food as a bite was out of it & the fries were now soggy. Never have I had this sort of experience. & above all - management had ZERO remorse or care in the world about the situation. Not even a simple "Sorry about your experience". The poor server felt terrible & it wasn't her fault at all. Outrageous.

The restaurant is quite spacious with a variety of seating. We were promptly seated in an area of our choice & both the service & the food were great.

Our waitress Tonya was amazing!!! Great sense of humour & seemed to anticipate our needs as they arose. I loved arriving & everything was set for us including a large space for elderly folks with walkers. At the last minute, Tonya was able to place some late arrivers & made all of us feel very welcome! Great experience to reserve, arrive to what was reserved & have such a great meal with family!

The only reason why I'm giving 4 stars vs. 5 is because our server forgot to bring us our appetizer. I didn't think anything of it other than the kitchen staff were fast & it would come soon after we were given our meals. But after we were finished our meals & they still didn't come, i knew that he forgot. We're weren't that upset because we were really full so it was probably a good thing we didn't eat it! We didn't get charged for them either so we paid for our meals & left. I'm not sure what really happened there but other than that one minor detail our waiter was great & so was the food!
