"I recently had a wonderful dining experience at your restaurant. The service was exceptionally professional & the food was outstanding. The ambiance was perfectly balanced, contributing to a delightful evening. I highly recommend your establishment for these qualities. However, I did notice that the bathrooms are located downstairs, & I'm unsure about the availability of wheelchair access & an accessible bathroom. Food came out hot & fresh. Reason for a 4 star: Do not attempt to bring your own birthday cake. Seems there was an unknown policy about not being able to bring your own cake which was the first to me.... I've always (& I press always) brought my own slab of cake at a restaurant. Suggestion: charge a cake cutting fee? OR, when people book for a birthday advise the clients this policy... that way people are not disappointed. After spending more than 70$ a head, alcohol, expensive meals & being told we cant's do our happy birthday cake put a tamper on my families experience here.View more

The Timing of Our Experience: A Key Ingredient in Creating Special Moments We made a last-minute reservation, & the booking process went smoothly. Overall, our experience was delightful; however, we were surprised by the speed of service in such an elegant restaurant. For our wedding anniversary, we had hoped for a more leisurely dining experience. It seemed like we were in & out within an hour. After finishing our appetizer, our main course (the surf & turf with the lobster tail, though it was the size of a scampi, which was a surprise) & dessert arrived almost immediately, leaving us with very little time to savor & enjoy the moment. While fast service might be suitable for a fast-food restaurant, it felt a bit rushed for an establishment of this caliber. If we had been aware, we would have taken more time to select our next course to create a balanced pace without extending it excessively. Nevertheless, the food was outstanding, & our server was attentive, even if the service was exceptionally swift. We left the restaurant around 8 p.m. on a Sunday night, & the restaurant appeared to be quite empty at that time. We look forward to returning & hope to strike the right balance between savoring the exquisite cuisine & creating a more relaxed & magical dining experience.View more
