Très bien situé au centre ville, l'hôtel Didier d'un parking extérieur (35$/jour). Les chambres sont grandes & lumineuses. Seul bémol : le petit déjeuner « à la carte » & assez cher.View more

The room was great & the service was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable, but was it ever loud at night. They supplied ear plugs but only one pair. The restaurant was fantastic. The parking left something to be desired, & there wasn't much parking available. The view from the room was awesome! Right in the heart of the byward market.View more

My boyfriend & I recently stayed at the Andaz hotel & had an absolutely amazing stay! Ryan from the front desk definitely made this a very memorable stay for us. He was quick to make sure we had everything we needed at all times, & always delivered with a smile on his face! We got early check-in & late check-out at no extra cost. The room was very clean & filled with an assortment of free drinks at chips which we enjoyed very much. Our friends were able to come to our hotel & have drinks with us on the rooftop patio. The location of the hotel is great because we were in walking distance to pretty much everything! Overall we had a great stay, & will definitely be back in the future!View more

Walk distance to all important tourist attractions; surrounded by numerous restaurants & nice individual stores. The front desk is super helpful & responsive. No complaints at all!View more
Great location in proximity to byward market. Awesome cafe/bar within & rooftop resto/bar. Nice complimentary water & snacks. Comfy bed. Friendly staff. Rooms are not sound proof at all though so we heard conversations through doors just walking down the hall. that being said, earplugs & a white noise machine were offered to each room if needed. They have room service which is nice!View more
Location is great. Rooms are modern & clean but are starting to show signs of wear & tear. Service is poor. Staff is rude for no apparent reason. I was met with eye rolls & condescending tones more than once for asking simple questions about parking & complimentary beverage at check in. Disappointing for a hotel who markets itself as 4 stars. Very nice hotel downtown Ottawa. Great service. Welcomed with a glass of wine. The lobby bar & restaurant have pretty good food. The rooftop bar has a very nice view. Walking distance to lots in downtown Ottawa. The room was standard, nice, clean.View more
Recently stayed 2 nights with a buddy on Thanksgiving weekend.
The positives:
- The service was stellar, especially at check-in. Very friendly & professional. We arrived early to drop off our luggage & they let us check-in right away which is always a plus.
- The room itself was absolutely great. Clean, modern & comfortable.
- Cool amenities such as the ability to text for room service 24/7.
Disappointment: I paid extra for a room with a view. Our "view" was to the east & not nice at all. I don't recommend paying for a view, just go up to the rooftop patio & you'll see the nicer view facing west from there.View more
Wir wurden sehr freundlich an der Rezeption empfangen und umfangreich informiert. Man hat uns das Gefühl vermittelt, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich gestalten zu wollen - und das nur für eine Nacht. Das Frühstück erfolgt a la carte, ist sehr gut und sollte unbedingt gleich mit gebucht werden.
Aufgrund des Standortes kann es in den unteren Etagen eventuell etwas laut werden, aber wir hatten in der 9. Etage absolut keine Probleme mit der Lautstärke.View more
