I feel bad for the excellent waitstaff. Excellent girls altogether. How can Ottawans give 4 or 5 stars to one of the worst food experiences ever?
The zucchini had been soaked in canadian mustard or perhaps the panko had a load of keens mustard. Who would do that to zucchini sticks? The mediteranean wontons were almost burnt. Just about. Dry brisket. Overcooked veg/spuds.
We are such a gentle bunch of diners Ottawans.

We came here for lunch on a gorgeous Tuesday afternoon in the autumn. We were immediately greeted by a hostess, & there were plenty of tables available. We sat on the rooftop, where another server immediately took care of us. They have a plentiful beer selection. The $20 special for the salmon wrap was delicious. The service was very fast. This is one of my favourite casual places in Westboro.Voir plus
I had a Carlsberg beer, which was specially priced for Sunday, was served in a very nice glass & was cold.
The poutine with brisket was perfect! It had the perfect amount of cheese, gravy, & fries, & the brisket was delicious & there was a generous amount. Will be back to try more!Voir plus

Chef Bryce did not disappoint. Beautiful meal with great service, top shelf. Our server Tori was fantastic & we enjoyed every bite. We will be returning to North Bay to visit with our new friends again.
