Déçu de ma dernière visite. J'ai trouver des cheveux dans la salle de bain qui ne m'appartient pas. J'ai les cheveux rpuge & mon mari sans cheveux du tout & le manager de service ma dit qu'il ne pouvais rien faire pour moi. De plus il nous on donner une chambre avec deux lits quand nous étions seulement que moi & mon mari & encore la il on rien fait pour nous changer de chambre. Très décevantView more

I haven't played in a casino in a few years. This place is larger than I imagined it would be & had several tables all running with different limits. The dealers I've experienced & the room managers are all professional but also know when a situation isn't serious. They all let their personalities show & it makes the room more enjoyable.View more

Tres belle chambre propre & confortable. La piscine chauffée & le spa c'est super. C'est un hôtel qui reçoit les animaux, donc on entend des chiens japper & pleurer dans leur chambre. Réveil par un jappement à 6h du matin, quand j'ai congé c'est pas super. 😩 Selon moi, le problème ce n'est pas d'admettre les animaux, c'est de ne pas réserver une section juste pour eux.🐾 Aussi, des bicyclettes sont disponibles pour les clients. Nous nous sommes rendu facilement à Ottawa, c'était très agréable.View more

Went for my daughter's birthday. Was very busy, lots going on & lots to do. Drinks are very expensive. Staff was all very nice. I wish they had something that showed how to play all the games as I'm not familiar with going & it was confusing, but still had a great time & experience.View more
