I visited this location for mine & my daughters birthday with a few friends. Our server was incredible, patient (we had someone at our table that was a handful) & you could tell the server was busy What was not great was the food. I was SO disappointed with our meal. My steak was cold, my sides cold. Someone else asked for medium & got med rare. Drinks took forever, bills took a half our to get. From the time we walked in the door at 630 we didn't leave until 1030 & our meal shouldn't have taken 4hra from beginning to end. I love the keg but would never recommend or visit this particular location again.Voir plus
Service was great but the 12oz New York strip steak I received had the same rubbery texture of a New York strip steak I bought from Walmart once...yes, just once. I hope other locations use a different supplier.Now when I think steak I do NOT think The Keg.Voir plus

This is the best experience I have aver had in Ottawa & the best fillet mignon of my life. Smart, attentive service. Comfortable atmosphere, but it is too crowdy so you will probably need to wait 30-60 min before being sitted.Voir plus

Basically an early birthday dinner. The food was fresh & hot, & server was excellent. I had the half rack of ribs with garlic mashed potatoes, & husband had prime rib steak & baked potato. Delicious!!Voir plus

Nice ambience, quite dark lighting. Onion rings for starters, very good, big rings & nice by fresh bread. Steaks were good, but quite expensive for what it is. Desserts were disappointing. Cheese cake was bland & sauce looked like it came out if a tin. Seems like it was frozen before hand. Creme brulee, sugar was very burnt & left a bitter taste. Cappuccinos are not great, from a machine & not made with proper milk froth. Service was a bit lax but ok. Long queue when we left so be sure to make a reservation.Voir plus

I visited this branch multiple times & had the best service so far by a server named Blythe. She was very welcoming, nice & checked up on me enough times. She made my visit better.. As for the food, i ordered a medium well steak & got well done. I didn't mention it coz i was starving!Voir plus
Well, I've been to this Keg numerous times, the food has always been excellent. Not tonight though; the medium top fillet was poor, lots of gristle & undercooked. The keg fries were shabby as well. So disappointed, when I mentioned this to the waiter, the response was positively underwhelming. In fairness, I will give this another try as this was so out of character, but they need to be aware - if standards drop, so will the footfall, including mine.Voir plus
