The restaurant was very nice & clean & the service was very good. Great ambiance as well. My only problem is portion size, they're pretty small, especially considering the menu prices.View more
I went last Thursday with a friend, & it's not my first visit & not my first review. The steak oh my God was heavenly by all means I could've order another one if I wasn't full , I still trying to figure out the juicy taste & grilled spices . The appetizers were yummy too . & the drinks. Service extraordinary as usual Moxies should be rated above the 5 stars not fair to have only 5 stars like other restaurantsView more

You have exceptional service, & the atmosphere is grand. The food is mediocre at best. The hi light of my burger & fries, were the fries. Bun was dry, garnishes were fresh, but the bacon was burnt to the point it was backened. The meat was overcooked & dry. My friend had ordered the steak medium rare. It mooed when it reached the table. It was blue rare. The chicken my other friend had ordered was burnt. Sorry, but your kitchen needs to get it together. Front house was great. I'd like to say next time, but there won't be one.View more
"My recent visit to Moxie's in Orleans was a mixed dining experience with exceptional service in the bar area. The key lime pie had too much zest, overwhelming the dish. The dry ribs, while not bad, lacked the meatiness I expected, with a bit too much batter. However, the cheesecake stood out as fabulous, & the drinks were excellent, adding positively to our experience. The super service at the bar area was a highlight, making our visit more enjoyable despite the mixed feelings about some of the dishes."View more

Their Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo is quite good but price wise it's not worth it. Definitely you get a good vibe in this restaurant but I would rather choose the price & food quality over the ambience. It's definitely a good chill place indeed.View more

I've been going to this Moxies for years but what I never understood is how come not one of the servers has ever said hello to me. Tonight I had booked a party of 17 & talked about this to 5 buddies & they all concurred & even one of them said " Ricky I've been coming here at least twice a week for 6 years & still not one of the servers has ever said hello" then two of the wives heard us talking & they said " they will only talk to you when they serve you". I go to the Blair location once a month & the servers upstairs, who previously served me, will say an elaborate hello even if they aren't the one serving me. I worked in Calgary for months, went to Moxies & again, always well greated & recognized. Anyhow, I used to go to the Innes rd location at least twice a week but now I go maybe one ever month & a half. It's not like we are cheap, we don't need money, we simply like to spend it. Don't get me wrong, the food & service is great but the recognition & courteous appreciation for being a repetitive customer is not.View more
Last night, we visited Moxies with high expectations, as we’ve had great experiences here in the past. Unfortunately, our recent visit left much to be desired.
We arrived at 9:10 pm & promptly placed our order with the first server. However, after that initial interaction, we hardly saw them again. The service quality deteriorated rapidly from there. Despite the promising start with a timely appetizer at 9:30 pm, our experience took a nosedive.
Our water glasses remained empty for extended periods, which was unusual considering the generous jars of water with ice that we usually receive. Not once did they come by to ask us if we wanted our water refilled. Our main dishes, arriving at 9:55 pm, took longer than expected. My choice, the loaded cheeseburger, was a major letdown. The patty was completely burnt & inedible after just one bite.
We also ordered the featured soup, which was disappointingly watery compared to previous visits. The potato chunks inside were inconsistent, & the accompanying garlic baguette was stale, requiring considerable effort to consume.
Our frustration grew when our initial server disappeared, prompting me to approach a different staff member at the front counter. This person was kind & understanding, offering to remake my burger, which meant an additional half-hour wait. At this point, I just wanted to go home & had lost my appetite for even dessert. (THE BROWNIES ARE THE BEST AT MOXIES). Only thing that was enjoyable was the iconic appetizer tuna sushi stack.
To their credit, the second server suggested giving us the burger for free to take away as we settled the bill. We tipped 15% in the hope that this gratuity would go to the second server, as it was clear that the issues we encountered were not her fault. Regrettably, the first server never returned, leaving us uncertain about where our tip would end up.
We’ve been loyal customers of this location, having enjoyed numerous positive experiences in the past. However, this recent visit was a significant disappointment. We hope that Moxies can address these service & quality issues to ensure that future patrons can enjoy the excellent dining experience we once knew.View more

Served a party of 10 & there was no wait at all! All of our food was delicious. Service was great! Our server was really kind. It was our wedding day & they gave us dessert :) it was a lovely surprise. We were all very happy. I'd highly recommend.

Have been served by Evan countless times & have yet to be disappointed.
His elegancy & charisma, & sleight of hand behind the bar make him a great bartender, let alone a great server.
Would recommend, & will be back in the future.

I am rarely in the orleans area for anything but went to wine Wednesday here with some friends. What an experience!
Seemed like the whole town, from the teenagers to my grandma was at this Moxies. The bar service side of the restaurant was very busy & lots going on. The wait staff did a great job helping everyone out & making sure food & drinks kept making it to the tables.
The food was good but the wine Wednesday/social hour deals were incredible. I don’t think I’ve ever seen my bill at the end of a night & thought, that’s so low. But here is was thinking exactly this. Also their house wine is good!!
