Great friendly service. We went for a pick up & it was ready quickly (15 minutes). They have ample parking & the taste is veeery good. I dont normally eat all the crust of every slice but I did with their pizza! The inside of the restaurant looks like it's straight out of the 60s-70s which I love! They are a classic joint for a reason!View more
Ordered a medium pizza a combination sub & 2 pieces of their "famous coconut cream pie." This was my first time ordering from here so all I had to go off of was reviews, pictures online & the description on the menu, neither matched what we record. First off the lady who took our order was rude & rushed me through my order. The pizza we almost inedible with the amount of cheese they put on it, it was gross. The "famous" coconut cream pie was barely coconut. It was bland & just masked by a massive pile of whipped cream. Also received a lovely large piece of thick plastic film with my first bite. Homemade? Doubtful. The best part of the meal was the submarine which was also overloaded with too much cheese again. This is not a meal you can come back to for leftovers. Once cold, your sub/pizza has become an inedible blob of hardened cheese. For almost $60. I will not be returning. Less is more.View more

One of the best pizza. The service is great. I took my 6 year's old daugther for the first time to this classic place in Ottawa & she said, Daddy, this was the best pizza I ever had". I cannot say enough good things about Louis' Pizza. During the pandemic, I regularly ordered from them for my workplace (Chartwell Rockcliffe) & they were lovely to work with. They'd regularly send along additional complimentary pizzas, sometimes in a heart shape just for me, & ask about how the residents were doing. When I changed jobs, I continued to order from them for staff events, this time for a law firm. They made it super easy to make super large orders, & knew me by name. Then in August, without ANY prompting, they made the attached sign for me!! It was absolutely beautiful & such a nice surprise. It coincidentally had 1) just been my birthday, & 2) that it was my last week at the firm. It was incredible timing & so appreciated!View more

Louis pizza is my favourite in Ottawa. The dough is so unique, the cheese covers the crust. The garlic sauce is like a rich flavoured mayo, delicious! The pizza sauce is a bit sweet & sooo good. There are always alot of toppings & the coconut cream pie is to die for! The pizza is even good cold out of the fridge 😄 Highly recommend 👍View more
