Food was great - pick up counter was empty however & it took 15 minutes for the host/servers to figure out where we should pick up our food. Ultimately they were at the bar but none of them knew. Good food nonetheless.Voir plus
It was ok! My first time eating at this chain...food was mediocre. Need smore seasoning/flavour. For a slow Wednesday night I was surprised at the lack of service. Nice waiter but we had to get out of our booth 2 times to find them to get items that were missing or took too long to get.Voir plus
I was disappointed that I was charged a special take out price after ordering a pound of chicken Fajitas New Year's Eve. I asked for & was given a menu to order but the price for the take out version of a pound of chicken was approximately $14 more than the dine in price. After the manager on duty came to help sort it out, it was explained that the extra charge is because of the packaging. Yes they wanted to charge me $14 for the packaging of my food. Admittedly it has been a while since we have ordered takeout from LoneStar so I have no idea how long they have been doing it but I canceled my order & left.Voir plus

We celebrated a December birthday recently & had a group of 18. It's not easy finding a restaurant that will fit a large group during the month of holiday parties, but Lone Star managed to fit our group & make the evening special. We had kids & folks with dietary restrictions, yet there was something to eat for everyone! Our server was attentive & patient. & the holiday margaritas we're 👌. Lastly, they went out of their way to entertain the kids at the tortilla making machine, provided a fun activity book & the kids loved their quesadillas. We'll be back!Voir plus

Je vais souvent à cet endroit, nous etions toujours satisfaits jusqu'à vendredi dernier. Les salles de bain étaient vraiment sales & il était 17h le vendredi. L'odeur était frappante & les murs de salle de bain pas nettoyés depuis longtemps. Le Queso que nous avons mangé en entrée était froid, la quantité était tellement petite, nous pouvions à peine tremper nos chips. J'ai retourné les assiettes que le serveur nous a apporté pour nos fajitas car elles étaient sales, c'était décevant comme expérience. En plus que les prix ont augmentés, je n'ai aucuns problèmes de payer mais il faut qu'un nettoyage soit fait ..Voir plus

Honestly... I don't like writing bad reviews, but I have nothing to do today. When the marketing done says it's Texas Grill, you can have expectations to eat like in Texas but...surprise, I laughed with tears...Canadian Texas bar & grill...:)))with Mexican influence. Don't get me wrong, Mexican food is amazing but I don't even dare to try it after I had this experience. I ordered a brisket sandwich...it has nothing to do with Texas brisket plus it was chopped like chicken food. Juicy? you can forget about this characteristic, dry, very dry. Everyone knows that if you add spices, you give the food a taste, but in no case can it be called brisket. Preparing brisket is a skill & not everyone knows it. The waiter was nice, he knows what he's doing, but I waited a while to receive the food, I had the feeling that they went to buy the food from another restaurant...I don't even want to think what would have happened if I ordered something complicated. I ate because I was hungry...I hadn't eaten for more than 20 hours & time didn't allow me to make any other comments or refuse the food...at least the french fries & coleslaw tasted good like at Costco:))) The interior is nicely decorated, nothing to say...I laughed with the waiters & showed them what brisket means in Texas, It's embarrassing to pretend to be a Texan restaurant/bar grill, to be located in Canada & to offer only marketing... it's shamefulVoir plus

Take out order, $68 between two entrees & a drink. The steak was chewy, more fatty on the inside, not a lean cut as it used to be. Sauteed onion, undercooked & raw. Quality is going down for beef & what you used to get.Voir plus

Quick seating, very friendly waiter & super fast food delivery. Pictures is the steak fajitas bowl (which was 25 bucks) plus some added guac & it was absolutely decadent!! If I hadn't ate so many chips beforehand I would have finished it. The building is currently under renovation so some parking was removed. The inside has a diner meets an attempt at a sports bar feel. But only about 3tvs in the entire place. 100% would come back again to this location!Voir plus
