Food was great, however, we were not a difficult table & when our cousins from England came over first time in Canada & Quebec for that matter, & paid the bill, the waitress told them they didnt leave enough of a tip. This was unprofessional & horrifying. There is absolutely NO minimal for tippings especially for people who are not use to our Canadian customs. While it usually is a suggestion not mandatory. That is just embarassing. We will not promote to go here ever. We are so embarrassed.View more
Food was ok & not really worth the price. I would expect that a salad that is $25 would be a bit better than a house salad with non fresh chicken breast. On top of that they were rushing us to leave even though we were still wanting to order more drinks.View more

Great spot! They accommodated our large group of 10 on very short notice. The service was excellent, & our waitress was friendly & quick. All our orders were correct & delicious. I am very happy with my experience here. I highly recommend trying this spot & having a great burger.View more
Could not find decent poutine in Ottawa,so made our way to La Belle & La Boeuf in May & came back in November. The staff, service & food were amazing. The owner/manager found out we had come from as far west as one could in this country & put an exclamation point on making our visit special.View more
