Service was atrocious today, had a waitress with french braids, she hardly came by... we ordered our food, she brought it, never came back to check on us until our food was done almost then has the audacity to say "how's it tasting?".... it was really rude, she never came around, my duaghter accident spilled a drink at one point & no one came for a very long time to help.Voir plus

Rocky & irritating service start here, some staff actively did not acknowledge my presence at the reception desk for almost 5 minutes. I actively had to make my presence known to the nearest (male) staff member. Was then seated in an area served by'Jani.' Through Jani, Kelsey's turned a customer service disaster into outstanding customer service. Jani was intelligent, empathetic & prompt - but suitably neither servile nor solicitous nor disruptive while I was eating. Jani provided respectful & attentive service throughout. Food was excellent. Not good food..the so called loaded nachos are loaded with lettuce..good luck hunting underneath it to find anything other than a few rogue beans & a couple of chopped tomatoes.
