We arrived with no reservation & they were able to seat us no problem even though the restaurant was very full! The service was very friendly & polite, we had add-ons we wanted on both our meals & appetizer, the server was understanding & very pleasant! The food was delicious, the starter bread, the appetizers & the pasta we had was PHENOMENAL!!! Very pleased for our first time there & we will definitely be returning!Voir plus
J'ai bien aimé ce restaurant! Cependant, les pennes ont beaucoup trop d'huile!! Coupez l'huile dans les plats & le tout sera parfait!!! Ça donne mal au coeur! Il y avait beaucoup d'olives, de brocoli, de pesto... parfait, mais trop de gras!!! Mon conjoint avait également un autre plat de penne... poulet & légumes parfait, mais trop d'huile encore! La comida es deliciosa! Probamos diferentes pizzas, diferentes pastas, ensaladas y entradas, y absolutamente todo estaba delicioso. La mesera que nos atendió fue súper amable. Ordered lasagna & Penne Johnny farina. Portion of the food is BIG, taste are decent. You get some free bread with olive oil vinegar & butter. Restaurant is very busy. Might want to reserve your seat in the first place.Voir plus
Food was average for downtown ottawa Italian fare. Prices were higher than average. Also, it was very noisy the time I went. Went for a holiday party with a set menu. Took well over an hour to get our food.Voir plus

Good dining experience. The dim light has a romantic feel to the atmosphere. Very lovely. We ordered pasta & pizza. The Pizza was Bacon & Shrimp. Tasty but the combination of both shrimp & bacon is a bit too salty. Good pasta. Every dish was well proportioned. Very filling after a dish. The appetizer Bruschetta was flavourful. Have been here a few times. Was here last week (Nov 2023) & had a pretty poor experience. Called to make a reservation for 2 people & when we arrived they said they didn't have a table ready. They said we could wait at the bar for a table so we did. After 30mins they said they didn't think they were going to be able to get a table for us & that we could either eat at the bar or leave. We were just about to leave when they found a table (45mins) after our reservation time. We each had wine, burrata, lasagna & linguine pescatore. Everything was good except the linguine: poor presentation, soupy, & I think the mussels had gone off because I was sick the next day. It's really too bad because my past experiences have been good but I don't know if I'd ever go back.Voir plus

Je suis venu ici pour un repas de groupe avec un menu pré établi. Assez surpris la bouffe était loin d'être mauvaise avec des portions très acceptables. Vins corrects aussi. Le saumon noirci possiblement pas le meilleur choix mais pas mauvais, juste que probablement que le saumon était congelé donc pas super. Les gens qui ont pris des pâtes semblaient plutôt contents. We sat at the bar on a busy Tuesday evening & ordered the white freezie cocktails. They both arrived with flies in them, 2 in mine & 1 in my partner's. We were appalled, & politely asked for them to be taken back. The pizza & pasta we ordered were good, no issues there but for a $90 fee with questionable cleanliness we won't be coming back.Voir plus
I went to their Deli for the first time in years. It's a good spot to grab a panini, salad, &/or soup for lunch. This week the feature is a Nashville hot chicken sandwich. None of the prices are posted on the menus though. You get to pick your panini bread & toppings. I didn't want to make decisions, so the gentleman took creative direction & made me a yummy turkey & havarti panini. Service is quick & staff are friendly.Voir plus
