We were there for Sunday Thanksgiving dinner. We had gone last year & it was very good. This year not so much. Our food was lukewarm to cold. We sent it back & it was still the same temperature. However we sat at the bar & really enjoyed the warm & efficient service from Sumi also known as Sue. We left although disappointed with the food, felt that we still had a good night because of Sumi's service.Voir plus
A group of us recently traveled to Ottawa for an art exhibition / event. The Lord Elgin was fantastic - centrally located, cleanliness was on point & most importantly, the staff were professional & hospitable. Definitely recommended. This was my first time at this hotel & this restaurant. I Have to praise their evening & night personnel at the Forty One : Sumi, Kathi, Shahad & Diana were simply amazing & made each of my evening relaxing & perfect! :-_Voir plus
