I've been coming here for 5 years, I work across the street so it's very convenient. But there is so many restaurants & diners that are convenient as well in the neighborhood which I never go to. There is something special here, you feel like family the moment you walk in. Everyone is happy to see you & no matter how busy they are they always take a minute to ask me how my family & I are doing. The food is amazing, personal favorite I would have to say is the steak sub. If you are looking for an affordable meal & a great atmosphere with amazing people, look no further.Voir plus

Hands down the best pizza pie you will ever have in your life. I was in Naples last week & I was stuck with the thought "this is nothing compared to a Georgie's special". A neapolitan margherita pales in comparison to a Georgie's combo, really. Stay home & enjoy one of Ottawa's culinary gems. You can travel the world as I have, from NYC to Beijing, to Naples & London but you cannot find a better pizza than the OG Georgies. I very much enjoy Georgie's pizza. The sauce - I love it! The flavour is awesome, & there is always the perfect amount of sauce on my pizza. The garlic sauce is also top notch. It is a little on the pricey side, but ingredients are always fresh & good quality. I've tried other pizza places just to switch things up but keep coming back to Georgies.Voir plus
I love donairs. I ordered a beef donair & zucchini. Donair was excellent, will try zucchini next. First time I ordered there, will try their pizza next. I asked about delivery charge 2 & they give it to the driver. I gave him 7. A driver is the first person you see at Georgies I have had bad experiences with delivery. Domino's charges 5.99 & I still tip not drivers fault delivery is so high. Checkers on viewmount is good food too. they dont deliver. You have great reviews.i am giving my good review. Thank you. It’s kind of embarrassing how long it’s taken me to give Georgie’s the review it has so earned over the past decade!
Don’t let the unassuming decor fool you. The true heart & charm of this place is the people & the food. We have been eating here for over a decade & now our kids love it too. Yummy crispy crust - it’s thick though - if you ask for it thinner it’s even better in my opinion. The sauce is what sets them apart though - usually not a huge fan of acidic tomato sauces this one is a darker savoury sauce full of flavour. Their home made garlic sauce is like crack. The wings are simple, but the kids are obsessed. Give this place a try - you won’t be disappointed !Voir plus
Great food, great friendly service. Ole school Pizzeria vibe, food was fast fresh & personally served to our table. Our food modifications were accommodated ie: no onion/tomatoes etc. We had 2 miss piggy's & a big Joe, with a small pep pizza. Very tasty. Will be back when in Ottawa area again. Keep it up.Voir plus
