Overall - very decent place. Just a few comments. 1 - pizza dough is very good, but you may want to refresh pizzas' recipes & ingredients' list, for example - pizza with steak it "too american", it doesn't really fit Italian character & atmosphere you are trying to demonstrate. 2 - you are trying to built a good customer service, but staff need to be trained on a few things, for example - don't ask "have you finished your pizza" when there are still 2-3 pieces on the plate & no dirty napkins in, which would be an indication that guest is dine with the dish. 2 - you may want to add a few more main dishes, this is an area for improvement, I would say existing choice is limited. But other than that - good job, it's "to come back" place for sure.View more

This mid priced dining location leaves much to be desired. I ordered cannelloni & it was underseasoned & tasteless despite being covered in cheese. I exchanged it for spaghetti & meatballs which came out in under 5 minutes. The sauce was pretty much tomato paste & the meatball were underseasoned & tasteless just like the cannelloni. It looked like a kids meal despite being $25. The restaurant is small & whenever someone entered or left, a gust of freezing winter air goes through the restaurant; so my partner was uncomfortable the entire night. The decor is kitschy attempting to be romantic. My partner ordered pizza which was decent, however their pasta is miserable & atmosphere is lacking. Will not be going back.View more

We celebrated a 40th bday at Fratelli's last night. Atmosphere & food was top knotch. We had a great time. Our server was Nick. He went over & above to accommodate our requests. It's been a long time since we have had such excellent service. Nick sets the bar very high & we will definitely be going back. The service industry has not been the same since covid but Nick makes up for this big time!View more
Absolutely used to love fratelli's linguine pescatore, would dream about it! The last time I had it would have been 4 years ago! Pre Covid & pre babies. Went to din with a friend & my son tonight, excited about our dish to have been served the seafood pasta with bland salmon.. the waiter said they changed it years ago & I asked why the menu doesn't reflect that as mussels were listed. My son was so disappointed as he was looking forward to the mussels!View more

Had the pasta vongole & the Zucchini starter. Starter was delicious, the Vongole in the shells on top of the pasta were tough & like rubber, the ones in the pasta were ok. Was busy so the food took a while. Very noisy because of the acoustics.
