The service was excellent! The food was pretty good & the prices were good. It didn't take long to get our meals & there was endless garlic bread brought to our table which is always fantastic. The kids menu had a good variety of options. The regular menu had something for everyone too. The portions were large & none of us could finish our meals, but we brought home leftovers. The atmosphere was great & kid friendly. They provided crayons & colouring pages on the backs of the kids menu.View more

Well, I ordered hell's kitchen chicken & it was a small portion. I remember the last time I ordered this, it was served in a bowl with stewed vegetables. Now, it was served on a plate with a couple stewed tomatoes & 4 tiny mushrooms, a side of their wedge potatoes that I find have an odd texture & little flavour, & their... Steamed? Unseasoned vegetables. The soup was good, the bread was okay, the Caesar salad dressing was limpid & lacked any kind of punch aside from "lettuce water" flavour. But hey, I didn't leave hungry. I just feel like I overpaid by a significant amount. The best thing I had was the violet lemonade, & that was bottomless. I might come back for appetizers or for pasta, but the meat dishes are going to be a pass in the future.View more

Went for dinner about 8. Restaurant wasn't busy. Bread was brought to the table & we ordered appetizers which took 30 minutes to arrive. Salad was brought, we finished it quickly & asked for some more. It took another 15 minutes to get the refill salad. Asked for a drink refill that never arrived. Main courses came 1 hour after our arrival. We asked for takeout containers & the bill. Service was extremely slow. Will not be back to this location.View more

The food is always good here, service is normally sub par when compared to othet ESMs. Today's server was clearly sick, sniffled & coughed continuously as she took orders & served food & drink. I understand that people need to make a living but allowing a clearly ill server serving food & drink shows carelesness & complete disregard to customer's safety. it says quite a lot about the management of this establishment.View more
Three of us - two Chicken Parms & one Lasagna. Food was excellent. Service was slow but restaurant was not too busy. Waitress took our drink orders (beer) & came back 15 minutes later wanting to know if we wanted to order while we waited for our drinks (!?) Drinks came, ordered dinner, soups/salad came quickly, & dinner was timely as well. Empty plates picked up & we had to chase her down 15 minutes later for the bill. Great dinner but service needed to be a little more attentive & efficient.View more
