Shame on the Edmonton Alberta Canada Locations they Shut down Almost Every one but in Ottawa one was still there I Remember & gave it a try & still same old way with a order of Pasta or some other stuff on menu there was Salad or soup that came with it the Shrimp Seafood pasta was very good & my Sister ordered Lasagna thar was fun & ordered I think a BlackBerry Italian soda. My Server was Nice forgot her name but a nice booth for 2 of us a nice Lady thought we would like it was a little busy but got Seated in right away I was Very Impressed with the Renovation it's changed a little but still nice inside & Rainbow lights inside food turned out very nice it was nice to come back to this One in Ottawa I RemembeView more
The food was good but what really wowed me was the service. Came in last Friday with my husband & two kids. Mieka was our server & she made it very enjoyable. She was welcoming, friendly, efficient & just made our dinning experience seamless. She was also patient with my children while they ordered their own meal. I would go back solely based on the fact that she would be our server.View more

We had their promo for two to dine for 50$, & honestly, there were no complaints here for the amount of food we got. The portion sizes were huge, & we also got all you can eat salad & bread as part of the deal. We had the tomatoe soup as another stater with the salad, two pastas for the mains, & teramissu for dessert. The appetizers & desserts were all great. The mains, however, were sadly disappointing, I was so thrilled with how good the appetizers were that I hoped the mains would be on Parr, but unfortunately, we were both lacking. The pastas were soggy & very underseasoned. For an Italian restaurant to not have good pasta was very surprising. All in all, though, we enjoyed ourselves & ate our fill, our server was also really nice.View more

Awesome food, nice ambience, friendly & efficient servers. I had the meatball sammy with the wedding soup for only 13.99, it was delicious. They also give unlimited garlic bread, & for an extra price you can get bottomless salad & soup. Would definitely recommend!View more
I usually come to this location 2-3 a month.. wife always gets pasta & I get the parm with fries .. today I was thinking pasta & got the garlic chicken pasta.. horrible idea the pasta was still hard & there was no taste in the "garlic" chicken or pasta I added parm & my tomato soup.. as a Chef this was horrible to spend my day off .. the server even asked me & my 9 month pregnant wife if we wanted alcohol in the lemonade!.. might not return for a while.View more

I haven't been to an Eastside Mario's in years but it's was my first time at this location. My friend & I were greeted by a hostess we had a choice of various types of seating area. In the bar area they have booths, a bar with high stools, table & higher chair, in another section there is also tables & chairs or half of a booth table & chairs. We were told that they have a new menu. The serve started with a warm garlic homeloaf & butter, we were offered drinks while we perused through the menu. Our server was very pleasant & took the time to better describe a few of the dishes that we were interested in. Our meals were hot & very tasty. We both also had desserts & my peanut dessert was delicious. We felt welcome & were not rushed to leave, the restaurant was clean & so was their washrooms. We enjoyed our time & we will definitely be going back.View more
