My husband and I have been to this location a few times. I paid for my food, tipped 20%, and noticed an overcharge before I left. I kindly asked the server if she could solve this problem, as the server never told us the item was extra charge. She simply asked "soup or salad", and, I thought it was part of the meal deal. Before I could say much more, the server began rolling her eyes and laughing claiming, "I swear to God I told you it's an extra charge". She had not. The supervisor arrived, and before my husband or I could say anything, the supervisor said that she could not do anything for us, and that the server was not lying. This was upsetting. The waiter and supervisor then changed their story and said that asking "soup or salad" is a type of "up sale" tactic. My husband and I were flabbergasted. While explaining all of these lies to us, both supervisor and server were rude. When the supervisor said she would try and fix it (after 15 mins of lying to us continously), she took another 15 minutes just walking back and forth, ignoring us. Keep in mind that the restaurant was near empty. It turns out, she was just ignoring us, hoping we would eventually walk away. She claimed she was texting her boss. After another 5 minutes, she arrives with our return, and smugly says, "Heh. Here. Your 6 bucks" ..as if she was doing us a huge favour. I explained that it was the principal of it all, and not about the money at this point. She interrupter me, rolled her eyes and walked away. By the end of it, my husband and I left, upset and in disbelief at what happened. 0 stars for customer service.
