Mr Pho restaurant was across from the Best Western Hotel I was staying at and since I wasn't super hungry I thought I'd try a Pho soup after reviewing other reviews of nearby restaurants. I've never had Pho soup and I think the owner saw the confusion on my face as I browsed through the menu so he made it easy by giving me quick choices to narrow down want I wanted. I ended up with a medium, cooked beef soup and shrimp spring rolls. After figuring out how to eat the soup, which came (I got it to go) in one container of broth, another with beef and noodles, a bag og basil and bean sprouts and sauces on the side. The broth was delicious, best soup I've ever tried... who knew! The medium was too much, i had to put half in the fridge for later, and the spring rolls were ok but nothing to rave about.. but the soup made up for those easily. Great service and even better food. yum!
